 Our History
Westslope Troutfitters is based out of Whitefish, Montana and has been created by fly-fisherman, for fly-fisherman. We have started this company because we feel there is a void in the Flathead Valley that needs to be filled. We are both fly-fishing guides with 20 years combined experience in Alaska, Colorado and Montana and have seen the demand for a centralized location to find the best trips with the best guides. We understand that time is a very limited commodity with our clients and our intentions are to take the guesswork out of choosing a fly-fishing excursion by doing the homework for you. We have chosen the Outfitters with the best reputations in our area so that we can offer you unparalleled choices of fishing adventures. By utilizing many different permits, we have access to more rivers, streams and lakes than any other fly-fishing program in our area. We are on the rivers of Northwest Montana year round and pride ourselves on putting people onto fish!!
